Subject: Extension of Annual Membership from 31/03/2020 to 30/06/2020 of ISEPC Members, whose RCMC expires on 31st March 2020

My Dear Colleagues,

We are aware of the challenges faced by you in the wake of COVID-19, in such taxing times. The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC) is firmly with you and is more than willing to help you to the best of our abilities.

Looking into the Operational Challenges from the lockdown, because of which many of you have not been able to renew your RCMC for 2020-21 with the Council, which may deprive you to get certain benefits, The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC) has decided to extend the validity of Member Exporter’s RCMCs expiring on 31st March, 2020 to30th June, 2020on automatic basis.Thosemembers who have not paid their membership subscription for the year FY 2019-20, they can also remit the amount by 30th June 2020.

We are proposing to the concerned authorities in Govt of India that No specific endorsement would be required to get the deemed extension in validity till 30.06.2020. You may show this Circular, if any agency insists for the same.

We are also informing D.G.F.T. so that no problem is faced by you to carry out your business.

We are sure that once the situation normalizes, your goodself will be making the necessary remittance by 30th June 2020, toward renewal of membership fee, so that proper and digitalized renewal Certificate / communication extending the validity of R.C.M.C. till 31st March, 2021 is issued to you, appropriately.
